Stevens made many TV appearances begining in the mid-1950s and continuing until his death in 1986. He appeared in episodes of "Gunsmoke," "Mission: Impossible," "Baretta," and many other shows. He was a member of the cast of "Another World" from 1977 to 1986.
Stevens's film performances included roles in Exodus and Patton.
